Duke Ellington said it best - "Without a deadline, baby, I can't finish nothin'." It holds true for us all. Keeping a project together requires very simple tools: a calendar, a spreadsheet, a budget. Keeping it on track and on time mostly means communicating clearly with everyone involved, and making sure expectations are met.

My projects come in on time and on budget. Whether its a five thousand dollar project or a five hundred thousand dollar project, I keep a watchful eye on the deadline and the budget, and have always met both.
